‘A.J’ is a recognised authority on the lives and careers of Laurel and Hardy, Charlie Chaplin, and Butlins’ Holiday Camps, and his lectures have been the highlight of many Literary-Luncheons, Film Festivals, theatre shows, and fan club Conventions all over the UK, and in Europe since his first one in 1989.
His audio and visual lecture/presentations can be tailored to last from forty-minutes to two hours, and are always punctuated by witty ad-libbing, observations, and inter-action with his audience. What most people find remarkable is that he uses no notes – but catch him out if you can!
